The energy outside of our bodies
(aura) and the energy inside of our bodies (chakras) are in
effect a blueprint of our energetic nature. They work in
unison to promote our wellness or to highlight our need to find
wellness.
They are sophisticated and indepth
sources of understanding our emotional, psychological,
spiritual, physical and psychic development. We all have
questions about our patterns and choices, loves and dislikes,
achievements and disappointments along with what we intend to
create and experience in this lifetime for our growth on all
levels. All of this information is found in the aura and
chakras. Many times our most challenging
circumstances are in fact agreements we made on an energetic
level to experience.
Each layer of the aura and each
chakra vibrate at a specific colour. The colour has within
it specific vibrations; symbols; mental image pictures and a
history which explains its function and possibilities.
Past lives also surface within the
chakras and are read and summarised as to their impact in this
lifetime.

I really enjoyed my session with
Michele this afternoon. From having no idea what to expect, it
was most unexpected! I love my colours, and strangely, or not,
they are all my favourites and the pinks and greens are exactly
what I have chosen in the sitting area of my kitchen!
Some of it I just didn't understand, but most of what she said
was vocalizing what I already know deep down but never bring to
the surface. She gave voice to many things and made areas of
